Thomas Hardy Poems to Music
Laurence Hughes is a composer based in Oxford and a member of the Society who has recently recorded some of his musical settings of Hardy poems - 'Late Lyrics', which you can hear on SoundCloud. He hopes society members might like to hear them, and would be interested in any reactions, appreciations, etc. If anyone would like a booklet with notes and texts of the songs, they can be had by email, direct from the composer at lahgbr@googlemail.com
