Westminster Abbey Wreath-Laying 2023

Remember the 95th Anniversary of Hardy's Passing

Saturday 14th January 2023 at 3.00pm

Poet's Corner, Westminster Abbey

All members of the Thomas Hardy Society are warmly invited to this event to mark the annual remembrance of the death of Thomas Hardy (1840-1928). The service lasts for no more than 15 minutes and will be followed by wreath-laying and poetry reading. For those who have booked, there will be afternoon tea at the Cellarium Cafe and Terrace situated in Westminster Abbey at 2.00pm.

As the cafe will need to be booked in advance it would be useful to know numbers, so please could you email Dr Tracy Hayes on info@hardysociety.org.
