Christmas at Poxwell
A perfect start to the Xmas festivities
The festivities at Poxwell Manor provided the perfect start to Christmas. We enjoyed warming mulled wine and delicious mince pies whilst being entertained by delightful traditional carols such as Gaudete, sung by the Dorset Museum Choir conducted by THS Chair, Mark Damon Chutter.
Inspiring Hardy readings were given between a full programme of popular Christmas carols sung by those present. The talented Rob Sword finished with an assortment of piano pieces, made up of his own compositions and well-known festive favourites.
A huge thank you to owners, Ken Young and Sarah Gregson for hosting.
