Crossing the Genres:
Finding Thomas Hardy

 Tuesday 25th January 2022

Raleigh Hall, Digby Road, Sherborne

Doors open at 7 pm for 7.15 pm start

This will be the first Words with Wine event of 2022 and will follow the AGM, which is usually a very short event, and all the usual delicious canapés and a glass of wine will be there to allow you to enjoy the company of fellow literary enthusiasts before we start.

Peter Tait is well known to many in Sherborne as the recently retired headmaster of Sherborne Prep School. He is also a highly regarded author of a number of books concerning the life and works of Thomas Hardy.

Tickets (£5) for the talk are available from Winstone's Bookshop, 8 Cheap Street, Sherborne. Alternatively there will almost certainly still be availability on the door.

I very much hope to see you then. Doors open at 7.00 pm for a 7.15 pm start of the AGM, Peter Tait's talk will follow on its conclusion.
