Puddletown was the village closest to Thomas Hardy and his family as he was growing up.  His grandfather led the choir in St Mary's Church and played the cello in the gallery.  With numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, filling his childhood, the village Hardy called Weatherbury, provided inspiration for many of his stories and poems.

Alban will provide an informative journey through Hardy's connections.
